I have spent over 10 years in the fitness industry as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor and writer. In that time I have learned many things about food, health, balance and myself.
Just like life has its ups and downs, so has my weight. I totally understand what it is like to fight to keep the pounds off.
Even fitness professionals struggle.
My life has gone through many changes in the last few years. I have finally made peace with my body, changed my diet and adapted a new exercise regime.
I am passionate about health and committed to sharing tips, recipes and exercises with others.
I am also taking my career in a new direction. I went back to school last year and I have recently decided to combine my love for fitness and communications into a new business venture.
I am excited to see what the future holds and hope that you will follow me on this journey.
