#Fitblog Plank Challenge

With all the Blogger issues over the last few days, I almost forgot to post about a brand new challenge!

Hosted through #Fitblog and the lovely Morgan and Katy, the challenge will run 6 weeks from May 16 to June 26.

Here is what else you need to know:

  • Announce that you are "in" by writing a blog post, sending a tweet or writing on Facebook.
  • Head over to the Fitblog Chats website and grab a Plank Challenge badge.
  • Design your program (weekly blog topics will be provided to help you along the way) and set goals including where you want to be in 6 weeks and how you will get there.
  • To stay connected, follow @lifeafterbagels, @kwidrick and @fitblogchats and "like" Fitblog Chats on Facebook.
  • Tweet all related challenge posts and motivations with the #fitblog hashtag.

On Monday, I will be posting my starting point, goals and sharing some tips on perfecting your plank.

I have the PIPES, now lets see how I tackle the plank. :)
