Today, I wanted to showcase a few bloggers who not only post about health and nutrition, but regularly feature fitness advice and workout plans.
It was really tough to narrow this one down, but here are just a few of my favourites.
Fit Chick in the City
Jess is a fabulous fitness expert offering workout tips, motivation and even reviews of some great workouts in NYC. I love her energy, spunk and commitment to healthy living. Jess really engages with her readers and her love for fitness shines through.
One Fit Foodie
I love Naomi's honesty as she shares about her world in health, most recently about her first fitness competition. She post some fantastic workouts with great ideas that are suitable for all levels. Naomi is fun, friendly and really knows her stuff.
I am pretty sure that Gina doesn't need an introduction, but if for some reason you have not been to her blog, go check it out now. She shares a little piece of her life with us everyday and great fitness workouts such as her Workout of the Week and Summer Shape Up. Gina is sweet and absolutely genuine.
