The wonderful Morgan @ Life After Bagels has issued yet another one and this time it is all about the arms! The PIPES Challenge is six weeks long and begins on Monday March 21st.
I am going to be following the 100 Pushups program while continuing to run, swim and work-in. However, you can do whatever exercise program suits your needs and goals (just make sure you check with your Doc before you begin :).
Every Monday I will post an update about my progress and offer some exercise and eating tips.
